At Sea

All our letters are subjected to a rigorous censoring so I am going to keep my usual letter and post it when I get the opportunity. We have left Egypt and have been out a few days now. I hope you got our cable.  Wauchope was very ill with pneumonia, but is all right now. We played the lacrosse match on Saturday, we could only get a middling sort of team. The Terriers had a splendid team, several of them Olympic games men. We were completely out-classed. The final scores were England 20 goals, Australia 6. The game was not as one sided as the scores would indicate. I enjoyed the game very much. We are very glad to leave Egypt. I think we are on to the real thing now, or will be very shortly I hope.
